1. Shipping & Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.

Exceptions & Delays

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
  • If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain issues or extreme weather conditions), we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Standard shipping is free  within the Netherlands.
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations, oversized items, or international duties and taxes.

4. Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email with a link to track your package.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking details after 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@touchnest.nl.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

  • We ship to most locations worldwide except restricted areas or sanctioned countries.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • If an address change is needed after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order is processed.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or local carriers.
  • If the package is still missing, contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and email us at support@touchnest.nl within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Touch Nest is not responsible for these additional charges, and they must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • If an order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, a restocking fee may apply.

8. Certificate of Authenticity (COA) & Special Orders

For selected products, we provide a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to verify the product's originality and quality.

COA Requirements & Process

  • Products that include COA will have it clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • COA is included inside the package and signed by our authorized verifier.
  • Customers can verify their COA by scanning a QR code on the certificate, linking to our official verification page.
  • If you require an additional COA copy, you can request it via email at support@touchnest.nl.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
  • If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.
