- Payments must be authorized and successfully processed before an order is confirmed.
5. Order Processing & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, it is processed within 1–3 business days.
- You may cancel or modify an order before it has been shipped. After shipment, standard return policies apply.
- Touch Nest reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to the Netherlands and selected international locations.

- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers are beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Customers in the Netherlands have a 14-day cooling-off period for returns, as per consumer law.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after product inspection.
