Refund policy

At Touch Nest, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund.


14-Day Return Period (Cooling-Off Period)

Customers within the Netherlands have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • It is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • It is not a non-refundable item (see below).
  • The return is approved and received at our facility.

Non-Refundable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following are not eligible for refund:

  • Personal care items (e.g., nasal strips, oral devices)
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@touchnest.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  4. You will be notified via email when the refund is processed.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we cover return shipping.
  • If you are returning the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment provider
  • Then contact us at support@touchnest.nl and we’ll help you resolve the issue quickly

Disputes or Chargebacks

We are always happy to resolve issues directly. Customers agree to contact Touch Nest before filing any disputes or chargebacks so we can make things right.
